- All sales of custom-made gowns are final. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once an order has been placed.

- All consultation fees are non-refundable after the consultation has taken place. This policy ensures that our time and expertise are valued and compensated.
**3. Deposits:**
- Once a deposit is made and the fabric is ordered, the deposit becomes non-refundable. This policy covers the cost of materials and initial labor.
**4. Order Cancellation:**
- If a customer cancels the order at any stage during the production process, all payments made up to that point are non-refundable. This policy covers the work and resources already invested in the project.
**5. Harassment and Order Cancellation:**
- We strive to maintain a respectful and professional relationship with our clients. Any form of harassment during the production process will not be tolerated. In cases of harassment, we reserve the right to cancel your order and pursue legal action if necessary.
**6. Legal Procedures:**
- Harassment or any form of abusive behavior towards our staff may result in the cancellation of your order and initiation of legal procedures to protect our rights and ensure a safe working environment.
**7. Post-Shipment Refunds:**
- There are no refunds once the gown has been shipped to the client. This policy ensures that our efforts and resources dedicated to creating and delivering the custom gown are duly recognized.
